Elysian Salon Policies

  • At Elysian Salon & Spa, your satisfaction is our priority. We proudly stand behind the quality of our services and the expertise of our team. When guests follow our salon’s professional recommendations—including home care instructions—we guarantee our work.

    If for any reason you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 7 days of your appointment. We will gladly schedule a complimentary correction or adjustment, as appropriate, within 2 weeks of the original service date. Management will work with you to address your concerns and determine the best solution, whether that includes a redo or an alternative service option.

    Please note:

    • We do not offer refunds on any salon services.

    • After 10 days, all services are considered final, and any changes will be subject to a charge.

    We appreciate your trust in our team and are committed to ensuring every guest leaves feeling confident, cared for, and beautiful.

  • Your appointment time is reserved especially for you, and we deeply value your business. Out of respect for our team and other clients, we kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling be made with at least 48 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer your spot to someone on our waitlist.

    • Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service total.

    • No-shows or cancellations/reschedules made within 24 hours will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

    • Clients with more than one no-show on record will be required to prepay for future services when booking.

    Cancellations made within 48 hours must be done by phone and confirmed by our staff. We do not accept cancellations via email, text, or direct messages once inside the 48-hour window.

    We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as this policy helps protect the time and livelihood of our service providers.

  • We understand that unexpected delays can happen, and we offer a 10-minute grace period for all scheduled appointments to accommodate minor traffic or parking issues.

    If you anticipate being late, please call us as soon as possible to check if we can still complete your service in full. Out of respect for our team’s schedule and other guests, please note that arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened or rescheduled appointment, and in some cases, we may need to refuse the service entirely.

    We appreciate your understanding, as even one late arrival can impact the flow of our day and delay services for other clients.

  • To ensure a safe and relaxing environment for all, we kindly ask that you arrange childcare prior to your appointment. Only children receiving a scheduled service (age 12 and under) are permitted in the salon or waiting area.

    We strive to create a peaceful experience for every guest. Disruptions—including loud talking, crying, or unsupervised children—may result in your appointment being rescheduled and a 50% service fee applied. Electronic devices must be used with headphones.

  • L’ANZA Products may be exchanged for other L’ANZA items within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, all sales are final.

    All professional tool sales are final and are not eligible for return or exchange through the salon. Please refer to the manufacturer’s instructions for registering your tool and handling any warranty-related repairs, returns, or exchanges directly with the manufacturer.

  • Elysian Salon & Spa accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express as well as cash.

    We do not accept checks.

    Payment is due at the time of service.
